Before working in mortgage banking, Susanne was employed by a real estate Broker specialist in Orange County. She later moved to San Diego, and became a part of R&B Enterprises leasing team, responsible for leasing hundreds of apartments. In 1986, she became a Wholesale Account Representative for Imperial Bank Mortgage, where she worked for eight years. During this time, Susanne structured and pre-underwrote files for her clients, and later became a California Real Estate Broker. Susanne left the wholesale arena in 1996, because she was frustrated by her inability to affect her clients’ files. Susanne made the move to join her husband at RWM Home Loans, which incorporated in 1994. Over the last 18 years, RWM has grown from a small loan brokerage shop into A Community Mortgage Banker” with the ability to process, underwrite, and fund its loans-maintaining local control.
